We only accept returns or offer replacements for items that have a manufacturing defect or were damaged during shipping.

  2. Assessment: We will review your case and provide instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Resolution: Once approved, we will arrange a replacement (subject to stock) or a full refund. We cover return shipping for approved cases.
