Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging.

Return Instructions

  • Please contact us at support@kozylumiere.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your name, order number, and the item you wish to return.

  • We will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

  • Items must be returned via a tracked shipping method of your choice.

  • Unless the return is due to a quality issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing and 10–15 days for your bank to reflect the refund. You may also choose to receive store credit instead—please indicate this in your email.


Quality Guarantee

If your item arrives with a non-manmade quality issue (such as broken chains, loose stones, or manufacturing defects), we offer a free replacement or return within 90 days of delivery.

Please email us with photos and a description of the issue at support@kozylumiere.com, and our team will assist you promptly.


Exceptions

  • Custom or personalized pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed product fault. For orders that qualified for free shipping, a flat fee of $6.99 USD will be deducted from the refund amount to cover original shipping costs.

  • Final sale items or items marked as clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.


Exchanges

We do not currently offer a direct item-for-item exchange service. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process for your original order and place a new order for the desired item. For quality-related replacements, please contact us first to confirm eligibility before sending the item back.
